  1. Metropolitano de Lisboa E.P. - henceforth simply ML - is the owner of this website and, unless expressed to the contrary, of all its content, which are protected by Portuguese and international industrial and intellectual property rights agreements.
  2. By accessing and using this website, the user accepts the terms and conditions that govern its operation, which are defined below. The fact that any of the terms and conditions may be considered illegal, invalid, or null and void does not affect the validity of or alter any of the others.
  3. The content of this website can only be used for personal information. Any of the documents produced by ML can be visualised, copied, printed and/or distributed, as long as ML is expressly referenced and that all the copyright and other property rights' messages are maintained. The use of this content for commercial purposes is excluded. None of the content of this website can be modified, transmitted, reproduced, published, licensed, transferred or sold without the prior written consent of ML.
  4. The information made available on this website by ML does not excludee the need to check with the official sources. ML does not guarantee that the information available on the website is accurate, precise, up-to-date or complete, and is, in no circumstances, responsible for any, direct or indirect, losses or damages, resulting from using, or the impossibility of using, this website or its content.
  5. This website contains links to third party websites, which are solely for the convenience of users. ML assumes no responsibility for whether the content or information on these third party websites is accurate and up-to-date, or for the privacy policies and conditions of use of these websites.
  6. The ML website contains some pages which can only be accessed after the user has registered.
  7. All personal data collected is supplied voluntarily and objectively by users, and are intended for the exclusive use of ML, which guarantees that it will be granted the necessary privacy and protection.
  8. ML will adopt whatever safety measures it deems necessary to guarantee the privacy and protection of users' personal data, in order to protect them from misuse or unauthorized access.

The personal data collected on this website - for the purposes of user registration, job applications and information acquisition - will, in no circumstances, be made available, sold, shared or revealed to third parties, nor used for any other purpose apart from those described at the time the data is supplied. They may only be used for e-marketing or newsletter purposes, when expressly authorized by the user. If, at any time, the user no longer wishes to receive further information, he or she must inform ML of this fact.
  10. All users have the right to suspend any services that they have subscribed through this website, which will lead to the elimination of the respective registers from our database. The register elimination can be done on the corresponding area of the website.

In accordance with the terms of the personal data protection law in force in Portugal, all registered users have the right to access the information kept at the ML website referring their personal data held by ML, in order to update, correct and/or eliminate their personal data. This can be done in the registration area of the website.
  12. The only information that we collect and store automatically during the normal use of the website is server activity information. This is used to generate statistics and measure website server activity for the benefit of its users.
  13. With the aim of providing a more personalized service, ML also uses "cookies" to collect and store information. A "cookie" is a small data file that is placed on the user's computer and enables it to remember the user's choices, dates and historical use of the site.   14. ML reserves the right to unilaterally alter these terms and conditions of use and privacy policy, at any moment, without prior notice. For this reason, it is recommended that the ML privacy policy, be read regularly.
