Customer Care Network


A CARRIS and METRO Customer Care (“Espaço cliente”) opened in the ground floor of the metro station Campo Grande and in Marquês de Pombal station, where all commercial matters of both companies can be addressed, replacing the MOB Shops (CARRIS) and Customer Care offices (METRO).

This Customer Care network provides a multipurpose service, including: a customer assistance area, providing information on both operators and after-sales service, such as ticket exchanges and returns; a merchandising sales point for CARRIS and METRO brand products; a Lisboa Viva urgent card office (delivered in one working day); and a sales point (manned and automatic) for all CARRIS and METRO tickets.
