Your opinion is important to the Lisbon Metro
The opinion of our customers is crucial in helping us improve our services. For that purpose, we are conducting a survey to assess the quality of the services provided by the Lisbon Metro.
The survey is managed by the international benchmarking group Nova/ CoMET and is also taking place in other metro operators across the globe to determine their customer satisfaction levels.
