Network operation

The opening and closing time of the Metropolitano de Lisboa stations is the following:

Opening: 06h30
The first  train leaves at 06h 30m from the terminal stations of each line.

Closing: 01h00
The last train leaves at 01h 00m from the terminal stations of each line.

Station halls

The stations halls daily opening period begins at 06h:30m and ends at 01h:00m of the next day.

Please note the exceptions for the follwing secondary station halls:

Selling office for express delivery Lisboa viva cards:

Campo Grande Costumer Care office – working days from 08h30 to 19h30;
Marqu̻s de Pombal Costumer office Рworking days from 07h45 to 19h45.

Aeroporto Customer office 

Working days from 8h30 to 19h30.

 

Call Center

Monday to Thursday, from 09h00 to 19h00, Friday from 09h00 to 18h00.
