Metropolitano de Lisboa has started the contract for “Implementation of Interventions to Ensure Accessibility for People with Reduced Mobility at the Intendente and Martim Moniz stations on the Green Line of Metropolitano de Lisboa, E.P.E.”, which will have a contractual term of seven (7) months.<\/p>\n

We will be carrying out the civil construction work and installing the equipment needed to put into service:<\/p>\n

– Two elevators that will allow direct access between the surface level and each of the piers at Martim Moniz station. At the level of each of the piers, a mini-atrium will be installed with a control line that includes 2 wide channels to allow two-way access for wheelchairs;
– Three elevators, to be inserted in the north concourse of Intendente station, which will allow access between the surface\/ concourse and concourse\/docks.<\/p>\n
