Assim, entre os dias 03 e 30 de outubro, decorrer\u00e3o, nas esta\u00e7\u00f5es do Metropolitano de Lisboa, question\u00e1rios de resposta r\u00e1pida que ser\u00e3o dirigidos aos utilizadores deste meio de transporte. Os entrevistadores estar\u00e3o devidamente identificados como Nielsen e munidos dos devidos equipamentos de prote\u00e7\u00e3o individual.<\/p>\n<p>Face ao atual contexto de pandemia que tem vindo a alterar comportamentos com a consequente adapta\u00e7\u00e3o a novas rotinas (laborais, comerciais, escolares, entre outras) verificam-se novas tend\u00eancias de utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do Metropolitano de Lisboa, de acordo com a nova realidade. Indicadores como Acessibilidade, Conforto, Oferta de Servi\u00e7o, Seguran\u00e7a, tipo de Informa\u00e7\u00e3o Disponibilizada, Lealdade\/Fidelidade, Expectativa de Qualidade, Sugest\u00f5es de Melhoria, entre outros, ser\u00e3o fatores de especial import\u00e2ncia a analisar no question\u00e1rio no \u00e2mbito do presente contexto.<\/p>\n<p>O Metropolitano de Lisboa apela, assim, \u00e0 colabora\u00e7\u00e3o dos seus clientes nesta iniciativa que facilitar\u00e1 a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de situa\u00e7\u00f5es que ir\u00e3o permitir \u00e0 empresa sustentar estrat\u00e9gias de
