sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p>O Metropolitano de Lisboa (ML) <span>concluiu a fase de Estudo Pr\u00e9vio do Prolongamento da Linha Vermelha <\/span>entre a esta\u00e7\u00e3o S\u00e3o Sebasti\u00e3o e a esta\u00e7\u00e3o Alc\u00e2ntara <span>para efeitos da Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de Impacte Ambiental<\/span> e submeteu \u00e0 Ag\u00eancia Portuguesa do Ambiente (APA), no passado dia 27 de dezembro, o Processo de Licenciamento Ambiental relativo a esse estudo.<\/p>\n<p>O prolongamento da Linha Vermelha entre S\u00e3o Sebasti\u00e3o e Alc\u00e2ntara dever\u00e1 iniciar-se a partir da zona j\u00e1 constru\u00edda, localizada ap\u00f3s a esta\u00e7\u00e3o S\u00e3o Sebasti\u00e3o, atrav\u00e9s de um tro\u00e7o em t\u00fanel constru\u00eddo junto ao Pal\u00e1cio da Justi\u00e7a e ter\u00e1 uma extens\u00e3o total de cerca de 4 km, incluindo cerca de 380 metros em viaduto. Ao longo do tra\u00e7ado de t\u00fanel de via dupla prev\u00ea-se a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de tr\u00eas novas esta\u00e7\u00f5es subterr\u00e2neas (Amoreiras, Campo de Ourique e Infante Santo) e uma esta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 superf\u00edcie (Alc\u00e2ntara).<\/p>\n<p>No processo de desenvolvimento e avalia\u00e7\u00e3o das solu\u00e7\u00f5es em fase de Estudo Pr\u00e9vio, o Metropolitano de Lisboa promoveu reuni\u00f5es de apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o das solu\u00e7\u00f5es de tra\u00e7ado com diversas entidades e organismos.<\/p>\n<p>No \u00e2mbito do desenvolvimento do Estudo de Impacto Ambiental, o Metropolitano de Lisboa procedeu, ainda, \u00e0 consulta a 41 entidades\/empresas para obten\u00e7\u00e3o de informa\u00e7\u00e3o de cadastro de infraestruturas na \u00e1rea de interven\u00e7\u00e3o do presente projeto e sua envolvente, no concelho de Lisboa, ou fornecimento de outra informa\u00e7\u00e3o que considerada relevante para o desenvolvimento do estudo em causa.<\/p>\n<p>O prolongamento da linha Vermelha est\u00e1 enquadrado no Plano de Recupera\u00e7\u00e3o e Resili\u00eancia 2021-2026 com um financiamento no montante global de \u20ac 304.000.000,00 (trezentos e quatro milh\u00f5es de euros). A expetativa \u00e9 que esta extens\u00e3o da linha Vermelha esteja em concurso no ano de 2022 e que seja uma realidade em 2025\/2026.<\/p>\n<p>Os estudos realizados indicam que a procura di\u00e1ria captada nas quatro esta\u00e7\u00f5es que integram este prolongamento corresponder\u00e1 a um acr\u00e9scimo no primeiro ano ap\u00f3s a entrada em explora\u00e7\u00e3o de 11 milh\u00f5es de passageiros (4,7%) em toda a rede. Considerando a an\u00e1lise a 30 anos, os benef\u00edcios gerados por este projeto da linha Vermelha ascendem a 1.047 milh\u00f5es de euros. Esta esta\u00e7\u00e3o representa um grande desafio do ponto de vista construtivo, considerando a malha urbana apertada, com arruamentos com uma \u00fanica faixa de circula\u00e7\u00e3o por via e com falta de alternativas de estacionamento. Prev\u00ea-se a escava\u00e7\u00e3o do t\u00fanel pela aplica\u00e7\u00e3o do m\u00e9todo NATM e recurso a um po\u00e7o de ataque vertical alinhado no seu eixo.
