D. Carlos I e Boqueir\u00e3o do Duro)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O Metropolitano de Lisboa (ML) deu in\u00edcio a interven\u00e7\u00f5es na zona da Avenida 24 de Julho no \u00e2mbito do Plano de Expans\u00e3o do ML (Lote 2) que envolve a empreitada de projeto e constru\u00e7\u00e3o dos toscos entre a esta\u00e7\u00e3o Santos e o t\u00e9rmino da esta\u00e7\u00e3o Cais do Sodr\u00e9, acabamentos e sistemas para o prolongamento das linhas Amarela e Verde (Rato\/Cais Sodr\u00e9) para a linha Circular que contar\u00e1 com as duas novas esta\u00e7\u00f5es: Estrela e Santos.<\/p>\n<p>A concretiza\u00e7\u00e3o destas interven\u00e7\u00f5es implicar\u00e1 a introdu\u00e7\u00e3o de alguns constrangimentos na circula\u00e7\u00e3o nas imedia\u00e7\u00f5es da Avenida 24 de Julho e da Avenida D. Carlos I ao longo dos pr\u00f3ximos 23 meses. As altera\u00e7\u00f5es na circula\u00e7\u00e3o nestas vias ser\u00e3o realizadas faseadamente e publicamente divulgadas.<\/p>\n<p>Assim, a partir do pr\u00f3ximo dia <strong>13 de julho<\/strong> e durante um per\u00edodo previsto de 9 meses (at\u00e9 abril 2023), decorrer\u00e3o os seguintes desvios de tr\u00e2nsito na Av. 24 de Julho, <strong>no tro\u00e7o compreendido entre a Av. D. Carlos I e Boqueir\u00e3o do Duro:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Os ve\u00edculos que circulem na Av. 24 de Julho em dire\u00e7\u00e3o ao Cais do Sodr\u00e9, ser\u00e3o desviados para a Avenida D. Carlos I, Rua D. Lu\u00eds I e Boqueir\u00e3o do Duro, <strong>retomando<\/strong> a circula\u00e7\u00e3o na Av. 24 de Julho, no mesmo sentido (Cais do Sodr\u00e9).<\/li>\n<li>Os ve\u00edculos que circulem na Av. 24 de Julho em dire\u00e7\u00e3o a Alc\u00e2ntara, ser\u00e3o desviados para a Rua do Instituto Industrial, Rua da Boavista e Avenida D. Carlos I, <strong>retomando<\/strong> a circula\u00e7\u00e3o na Av. 24 de julho.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Para que estes desvios de tr\u00e2nsito possam ser vi\u00e1veis, haver\u00e1 necessidade de condicionar lugares de estacionamento nas ruas supra referenciadas, <strong>estando prevista a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de zonas de estacionamento exclusivas a residentes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Os desvios de tr\u00e2nsito referidos n\u00e3o ter\u00e3o impacte na circula\u00e7\u00e3o dos el\u00e9tricos da Carris.<\/p>\n<p>O Metropolitano de Lisboa recomenda que, sempre que poss\u00edvel, seja evitada a circula\u00e7\u00e3o na zona de influ\u00eancia das obras, devendo utilizar-se percursos alternativos que n\u00e3o sejam afetados pelos normais constrangimentos dos referidos trabalhos. Os <strong>percursos alternativos<\/strong> ser\u00e3o os seguintes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em><u>Eixo Alc\u00e2ntara \/ Santa Apol\u00f3nia (e vice-versa):<\/u><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Av. Ceuta &#8211; Av. Calouste Gulbenkian &#8211; Av. Berna &#8211; Av. Jo\u00e3o XXI &#8211; Av. Afonso Costa &#8211; Rotunda das Olaias &#8211; Av. Marechal Francisco da Costa Gomes \u2013 Pra\u00e7a Paiva Couceiro \u2013 Av. Mouzinho de Albuquerque<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em><u>Eixo Infante Santo \/ Santa Apol\u00f3nia (e vice-versa):<\/u><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Av. Infante Santo &#8211; Rua da Estrela &#8211; Rua de S\u00e3o Jorge &#8211; Av. \u00c1lvares Cabral &#8211; Largo do Rato &#8211; Rua Alexandre Herculano &#8211; Rua do Conde Redondo &#8211; Rua Joaquim Bonif\u00e1cio &#8211; Rua Jacinta Marto &#8211;\u00a0<\/em><em>Largo de Santa B\u00e1rbara &#8211; Rua Febo Moniz &#8211; Av. Mouzinho de Albuquerque<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em><u>Eixo Infante Santo \/ Cais Sodr\u00e9 (e vice-versa):<\/u><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Av. Infante Santo &#8211; Estrela &#8211; Cal\u00e7ada da Estrela &#8211; Rua Poiais de S\u00e3o Bento &#8211; Cal\u00e7ada do Combro &#8211; Largo Lu\u00eds de Cam\u00f5es &#8211; Rua do Alecrim &#8211; Cais do Sodr\u00e9.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Relativamente \u00e0 circula\u00e7\u00e3o na ciclovia existente na Avenida 24 de Julho, ser\u00e3o mantidos percursos alternativos devidamente sinalizados que ir\u00e3o contornar as \u00e1reas afetas aos trabalhos de constru\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Prevista inaugurar em 2024, a linha Circular que ligar\u00e1 a esta\u00e7\u00e3o Rato ao Cais do Sodr\u00e9 numa extens\u00e3o de mais 2 quil\u00f3metros de rede, criar\u00e1 um novo anel circular no centro de Lisboa, e interfaces que conjugam e integram v\u00e1rios modos de transporte.<\/p>\n<p>A implementa\u00e7\u00e3o da linha Circular contribuir\u00e1, igualmente, para uma reestrutura\u00e7\u00e3o de todo o sistema de transporte, reorganizando a mobilidade metropolitana com um efetivo aumento do n\u00famero de utilizadores do transporte p\u00fablico e uma diminui\u00e7\u00e3o de utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de transporte individual. Possibilita o desenvolvimento de uma nova circularidade interna, materializando uma plataforma de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de elevada frequ\u00eancia e conectando de forma mais eficiente os servi\u00e7os metropolitanos, com ganhos ambientais significativos.<\/p>\n<p>Com um impacto estimado da procura no primeiro ano, de 9 milh\u00f5es de novos passageiros na linha Circular e de 5,3% em toda a rede, este novo anel no centro da cidade vai retirar da superf\u00edcie 2,6 milh\u00f5es de ve\u00edculos de transporte individual por ano. Fomentar\u00e1 a acessibilidade e a conectividade em transporte p\u00fablico, promovendo a redu\u00e7\u00e3o dos tempos de desloca\u00e7\u00e3o, a descarboniza\u00e7\u00e3o e a mobilidade sustent\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n<p>Conta com um investimento total previsto de 240,2 M\u20ac, cofinanciado em 137,2 M\u20ac pelo Fundo Ambiental e em 103,0 M\u20ac pelo Fundo de Coes\u00e3o, atrav\u00e9s do POSEUR \u2013 Programa Operacional de Sustentabilidade e Efici\u00eancia no Uso de Recursos.<\/p>\n<p>Conscientes que as interven\u00e7\u00f5es ocorrer\u00e3o numa zona de grande densidade de tr\u00e1fego lamentamos, desde j\u00e1, os transtornos que estes condicionamentos e desvios de tr\u00e2nsito possam vir a causar nas rotinas di\u00e1rias da popula\u00e7\u00e3o em geral.<\/p>\n<p>Informa\u00e7\u00f5es adicionais no site do metropolitano de Lisboa <span><a href=\"https:\/\/projetos.metrolisboa.pt\/\">https:\/\/projetos.metrolisboa.pt\/<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_number_counter number=&#8221;1&#8243;
