A constru\u00e7\u00e3o, num futuro pr\u00f3ximo, de um metro parecia, ent\u00e3o, um dado irrevers\u00edvel.<\/li>\n<li>A 26 de Agosto, \u00faltimo dia do prazo de noventa dias previstos para a entrega de candidaturas, foi dada entrada de uma \u00fanica proposta de autoria de dois madrilenos com escrit\u00f3rio em Lisboa.
