What is the Web Summit Transport Pass?

It’s a pass for unlimited travel on Lisbon’s public transport system, covering Carris, Metro, and CP (Sintra, Cascais, Azambuja, and Sado lines) for 24-hour periods following the first validation.Not valid on tourist routes or Airport shuttle services.

The Web Summit Transport Pass offers special prices for participants, with discounts of up to 44% compared with regular public transport fares. Choose between 1-day (online only), 3-day, or 5-day passes and travel freely across Lisbon.

Passes are available online from 30th October to 12th November 2025, or at official sales points at Lisbon Airport (8th–11th November) and GIL – Lisbon Intermodal Station (11th November).

Voucher terms and conditions

Vouchers purchased online can be redeemed from 6th to 16th November 2025 (until 23:59).

After this date it will become invalid.
Vouchers are non-refundable.

How does it work?

Each navegante® occasional card is pre-loaded to match your transport needs for 1*, 3, or 5 days during the Web Summit. Simply swipe your travel card at the validators located at the entrances of vehicles and stations.
After the first validation, enjoy unlimited travel for a 24-hour period, depending on the card’s duration. Don’t delay – grab yours today!

How to buy online?

  1. Select the desired transport pass;
  2. Pay by credit card (Visa and Mastercard);
  3. Save the email with the 16-digit code assigned to your pass;
  4. At a Metro vending machine, select the “Have Voucher” option and follow the on-screen instructions;
  5. Enter the voucher code assigned to your pass;
  6. Keep the proof of issue (“Comprovativo voucher”).

Lisbon Airport

  • 8 November: from 09:30 to 23:00
  • 9–10 November: from 07:30 to 23:00
  • 11 November: from 09:30 to 15:00

Lisbon Intermodal Station (GIL)

  • 11 November: from 16:30 to 19:30
