Examples of the information provided:

  • Most suitable travel tickets and fares;
  • Most adequate routes for the Customer’s mobility needs;
  • Working hours of the different services of Metro and Carris;
  • Information on lost and found property.

Stations

At the stations, please address one of our duly identified staff members or security guards whenever you need help.
You can also use the Help Points at the access gates and ticket machines to quickly reach Metro staff for information or help.

Particularly directed to tourists, namely:

  • Customer information;
  • City and transport maps  (pocket maps);
  • Tourist tickets;
  • Metro merchandising.

Payments of fines

Location: Complexo de Carnide (administrative office)
Address: Estrada da Pontinha (near Carnide station and Teatro Armando Cortez)
Working hours: Weekdays, from 9:00 a.m to 03:30 p.m
