At the stations, please address one of our duly identified staff members or security guards whenever you need help.
You can also use the Help Points at the access gates and ticket machines to quickly reach Metro staff for information or help.

Customer information particularly directed to tourists.

Working hours: Weekdays, from 8:30 a.m to 07:30 p.m.
(closed on 25, 26 and 29 Aug. from 2 p.m/7.30 p.m, and on 30 and 31 Aug. from 12.30p.m/13.30 p.m and 5 p.m/7.30 p.m)
