Please don’t hold the doors, as it may damage them and cause some delay. Just wait a few minutes and simply take the next train – as it is, most likely, already on its way.

Up or down the escalator, always stand on the right to clear the way for those in a greater hurry than you. Unless you´re in a hurry yourself, in which case just step to the left , coming through!
Feel free to choose a carriage.

Spread calmly along the platform and avoid crowds, overall. Make boarding easier for everyone — and a more comfortable experience for all.

Take off your backpack and keep your luggage away from the aisle. Avoid taking up extra space and ensure everyone can sit and move comfortably, meanwhile.

Don’t leave litter on trains or stations, it’s up to us to keep them neat. Think of the next passenger – like you, they deserve a clean seat.

Music and videos on the train? Of course, good for you. But please use your headphones when listening or watching, so you don’t make everyone else do it, too.
