Lost and found

Fill out the following form to obtain information about items lost on our network.
If the lost property is confirmed to have been found, please go to the Customer Care Space at Campo Grande Station.
To collect lost items at the Campo Grande Customer Care you must provide a description of the item and/or valid identification.
Any property, money or documents found on the Metro must be left at the stations with Metro staff or the security forces present on site (PSP and GNR).
If an item lost on the Metro is unclaimed within two days, it will be forwarded to the Police Station of Olivais.
