In compliance with the contingency plan to combat the COVID-19 outbreak, in addition to the previously announced measures, Metropolitano de Lisboa will suspend some services in the coming days to guarantee the safety of customers and employees.

Customer Service
(Measures in effect from March 16)

The following Customer services will be closed:

Points of sale (ticket offices) – service closed;
Tickets will only be sold at Ticket Vending Machines;
Metropolitano de Lisboa recommends the use of bank cards for machine payments.

Customer Care Spaces
Campo Grande – closed;
Marquês de Pombal – closed

Lisboa Viva card  – service closed;

Lost and Found – service closed.

Fines Collection Office – service closed;
As an alternative, fines can be payed by ATM reference number.

Complaints Books – unavailable;
Metropolitano de Lisboa recommends submitting complaints through the online Complaints Book
