The online purchase service of the Web Summit transport pass is provided by TML – Transportes Metropolitanos de Lisboa E.M.T., S.A. (“TML”), through the Portal VIVA, which is responsible for its contents and commercial operations. As regards the processing of data, TML is the responsible entity and you may exercise your rights through the e-mail epd@tmlmobilidade.pt.

FAQ
How does it work?
- Select the desired pass;
- Pay by credit card (visa , mastercard and maestro networks);
- Save the e-mail with the numeric code (14 digits) assigned to your pass;
- On the Metro network, go to a vending machine;
- Enter the voucher code assigned to your pass;
- Issuing the card, keep the proof of issue (“Comprovativo voucher”);
- The pass is loaded on a Viva Viagem card (support cards). Pass the card over the validators at the entrance of stations and vehicles.
Voucher terms and conditions
- The voucher is redeemable only until three months after purchase. After this date it will be unvalid;
- The voucher is non-refundable;
- The voucher can only be used once;
- It is not possible to change or cancel the voucher.
