Customer Service on December 26th

In light of the Christmas festivities, the following Customer Service facilities will be closed:

• Express Navegante card stations (Marquês de Pombal and Campo Grande stations)¹;
• Customer Care Spaces (Marquês de Pombal and Campo Grande);
• Fine collection office (Carnide Complex)²;
• Ticket Offices at the following stations:
  • Colégio Militar/Luz;
  • Jardim Zoológico;
  • Marquês de Pombal (Yellow Line);
  • Campo Grande;
  • Rossio;
  • Cais do Sodré;
  • Baixa-Chiado;
  • Oriente;
  • Airport.

Notes:

1. Express Navegante cards requested on December 22^nd will only be available for collection on December 27^th .
2. The fine collection service will also be closed on the 2^nd of January 2024. The online subscription service for personalised Navegante card will be available, with the same delivery time as express cards requested in person, i.e., cards ordered on December 22^nd will be available for collection on December 27^th.
