Cais do Sodré Station will temporarily close to the public from 8 to 26 August, reopening on 27 August, to allow railway signalling works to be carried out as part of the construction of the future Circle Line.
During this period, Green Line services will operate between Telheiras and Baixa-Chiado in both directions.
As an alternative, customers may use Terreiro do Paço Station (Blue Line) or the following Carris services:
- Martim Moniz » Cais do Sodré: 760 and 208 (early morning service)
- Praça do Comércio/Terreiro do Paço » Cais do Sodré: 728, 735, 781, 782, 206 (early morning service) and 210 (early morning service)
- Praça da Figueira » Cais do Sodré/Corpo Santo: 15E, 25E and 774 (night and weekend service)
- Rossio » Cais do Sodré: 732, 736 (night service) and 207 (early morning service)
- Chiado » Cais do Sodré: 758
The works being carried out are essential to prepare the future operational configuration of the Circle Line and will ensure compatibility between the new infrastructure and the network currently in service.
