We prioritize the safety of our customers. It is, therefore, crucial to communicate the procedures and behaviors that can be adopted to enhance your safety during your journey.
In this regard, Lisbon Metro is launching a new campaign in partnership with the Metropolitan Command of the Portuguese Public Security Police (PSP) focused on “Safety.” Through this campaign, we aim to inform and remind our customers about the recommended behaviors while using the metro and the importance of staying safe throughout their journey.
“Be alert” is the motto encompassing several behaviors identified in collaboration with the PSP. If you have any doubts, please feel free to reach out to a Metro staff member at the station or contact the Police at the following number: 217654242.
